Welcome to our practice!

Congratulations on taking the first step in what can seem like a daunting process. Finding a therapist can seem overwhelming and it’s important that you connect with someone you can trust, someone you don’t feel judged by and someone who will be equally invested in your growth.

Our mission is to help young professionals in New York City and surrounding areas to improve the quality of their lives, feel empowered in their decision making, and become their most confident and authentic selves.

We understand the stressors, barriers and mental/emotional blocks that can make it a challenge for us to unlock our potential and live our best lives, but also believe that we all have a unique set of strengths, skills and abilities to help us overcome them.

Our goal is not to give you the answers, but rather to provide insight and unlock information that will help us discover the answers together and to leave you with techniques and resources that will allow you to conquer future obstacles with confidence.

If you feel like working together might benefit you, please feel free to call or email us to schedule an appointment or a free phone consultation so we can decide together on the right set of tools to help you.

We look forward to hearing from you soon!
