    You’ll work with your therapist to determine your treatment needs, address any obstacles to therapy and gain the tools to help you confidently tackle the issues you want to address.

    Identify the things that have been keeping you stuck & apply the insights and tools you’ve learned to start living your most fulfilled, confident & authentic life

We understand the many barriers that can make it a challenge to unlock our true potential. We also believe that we all have a unique set of strengths, skills and abilities to help us overcome them. Our goal is not to give you the answers, but rather to provide insight that will help us discover the answers together. We’ll leave you with techniques and resources that you can apply outside of sessions & use for the rest of your life.

We aim to make therapy & counseling…

  • ACCESSIBLE – All sessions take place via a secure, confidential telehealth platform. Connect with your therapist virtually from the comfort of your home, office, car or a nearby park.
  • FLEXIBLE – We do our best to accommodate all scheduling needs, including evenings and weekends. We’ll also work together to find the right frequency of sessions to meet your needs and goals.
  • AFFORDABLE – We have low-cost, sliding scale options available for clients who qualify.

We know that starting therapy can be intimidating and uncomfortable. Thus, we offer a free phone consultation to answer questions & let you know what to expect before you begin. Additionally, we only agree to work with clients that we truly believe we can help. If we agree to work together, we will be fully invested in your progress & committed to your growth. If we feel we are not the best service to help you, we will provide tailored resources to make sure you get the support you need.

While most clients are in New York City, we can provide online therapy to anyone in New York State.
